If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours’ notice. This courtesy, on your part, will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.
Our office does not participate directly with any health insurance plans. We have chosen this path in order to decide, with you, our patient, the best avenue of health care. It is our desire, however, to remove any obstacles which could prevent you from your desired procedure. We will help you file insurance claims with insurance carriers in providing all necessary information to insure timely and complete payment of your claim. For bill balances we accept all major credit cards.
